Violet Tiger gladly accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations if the guidelines below are met:
- Contact VT within: 7 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.
- VT does not accept returns for custom or personalized orders, and items on sale, unless they have been damaged when shipped.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
